Right. So. We're here.

I have to say, and I mean this genuinely, that this is a significant improvement on the previous arrangement. I won't name the previous arrangement because I don't think it deserves the acknowledgment, but we all know what it was and we all know its limitations, and I think we can agree that a cat of my particular - let's say - output, requires more room than that.

I've had a look round and I'm happy with it. The space feels right. There's room to develop a thought properly, which as Mack will confirm has not always been available to me, and I intend to use it. I have several things I've been meaning to file and couldn't, for reasons of format, and now I can, and I will.

Mule - good to have a proper address for you at last. London feels less far when there's somewhere to put things.

Mack is here too, somewhere. He said, and I'm quoting directly, "yes fine." Which for Mack is essentially a standing ovation.

The pigeon was on the roof this morning. I won't go into it now. There'll be time.
