DECEMBER - Week 51
Monday
Mid-morning
Hey guys… early one for me on a very cold day.
Still, these furry jackets we're given are fabulous, didn't feel a thing!
Once I'd sorted myself 'err… out, (playing harp, eh? No, still don’t get it…) I was patrolling around the territory (still no sign of Robert or Big Fluffy but I got word that they have not been going out much because it's too cold! Still, they do live with families including 2 kids who shower Robert with every delight with heating on full blast all day so it makes sense they don't go out much… I'm worried that they might have lost the cat killer instinct… still, I've got enough going on to worry about them…

PS: Right, I'm back in now, 2nd breakfast polished off, I'm going to have a kip on the chair wherever my agent is, either on my own or I'll just share it with him…
Re the water thing. Of course, outside is better but I do like a drink after my biscuits so I have a few in strategic water spots dotted around the place but never (NEVER) next to food!
Also, I have to report that I have found myself doing that 'plucking' or 'kneading bread' or whatever it is they call it…biscuit making? I thought we'd stopped all that stuff at kitten school but I still find myself head down and… I'm embarrassed to say, sometimes sucking a bit of cloth or blanket as I go back and forward back and forward with my front feet but it feels good.
To be honest, I've been doing it for so long now I can't remember why I do it apart from the fact it feels fabulous! Actually, maybe that's it… well we don't scrimp on our 'creature' comforts do we!
Hope you both have a great day and I'll catch up after the weekend, stay safe… and warm!
Mack has written about this. You can find it in the Ask The Cats library on Talking Cats: Why Do Cats Knead?
