Thank you both.

An update on the agent situation - The Settlement: Terms and Outcomes.

He has had one further conversation with the primary address and the outcome appears to be that she has agreed to limit treats to one visit per day rather than eliminating them entirely.

I feel it is a reasonable settlement. I did not expect a reasonable settlement.

My agent occasionally surprises me.

The remaining addresses are unaffected (Ok, it's more like 2 or 3). I have been slightly more discreet about the routing this week.

The heron came back this morning. Same fence. Same expression.

We regarded each other for some time.
